задачи
Manage the full accounts payable and receivable cycle, including invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and timely resolution of discrepancies
Verify supporting documentation, including POs, contracts, and receipts, for accuracy and proper authorization before payments
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Perform month-end and year-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
Conduct variance analysis on financial results and support budgeting and forecasting with accurate data
Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant tax regulations
Reconcile bank statements and intercompany accounts
Perform ad hoc financial analysis and assigned special projects
требования
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3–5 Years of accounting experience, preferably in financial services or banking
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience with invoicing, payment sorting and tracking
Experience generating accounting reports
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
Fluent in English and Russian
Ability to collaborate in a team and support colleagues
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of financial information
Будет плюсом: experience with SAP accounting software, knowledge of Greek
