• Perform manual testing of complex web applications;
• Create, review, and maintain test documentation in TestRail;
• Execute cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure compatibility across multiple devices and environments;
• Identify usability issues and proactively suggest UI/UX improvements;
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Account Managers, and development teams to clarify requirements and quality expectations;
• Report, verify, and re-test defects following QA best practices and internal processes;
• Maintain and update the internal QA knowledge base;
• Follow internal QA processes, standards, and company policies;
• Research new QA tools, technologies, and testing approaches to improve team efficiency.

• 2+ Years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer, primarily working on web applications;
• Experience in manual testing of complex web-based products;
• Experience in cross-browser and cross-platform testing;
• Experience creating and maintaining test documentation (test cases, checklists, etc.);
• Experience working with task and defect management systems (Jira, GitLab or similar);
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban);
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices;
• Experience using browser Developer Tools for troubleshooting and investigation;
• Understanding of HTTP fundamentals;
• Understanding of the client-server architecture;
• Strong analytical thinking and root cause analysis (RCA) skills;
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks;
• Strong attention to detail while effectively managing multiple priorities;
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills;
• Self-organization, responsibility, and willingness to learn;
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment;
• Russian — Native or near-native proficiency;
• English — Intermediate (B1) or higher;
• Nice to have: Previous experience establishing or improving QA processes, Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
