• Support the Product Manager with product specification, user stories, business analysis, and prioritization;
• Define test strategy, plans, scenarios, and cases in collaboration with the Product Manager and Tech Lead;
• Drive the testing lifecycle for AI components to ensure accuracy and reliability;
• Provide the engineering team with product knowledge and testing data;
• Participate in refinement ceremonies, provide estimations, and uncover edge cases;
• Manage the end-to-end QA process and testing lifecycle;
• Measure and report key quality metrics to stakeholders;
• Maintain product launch checklist documentation.

• 3+ Years of experience in manual testing of web applications;
• Experience with Postman or similar tools for API testing;
• Proven ability to work independently as the sole QA on a project;
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to uncover edge cases;
• Experience creating test documentation including strategies, plans, and scenarios;
• Ability to communicate clearly and coordinate team efforts effectively;
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with firm deadlines;
• Professional proficiency in English (verbal and written);
• Nice to have: Experience with test automation using Typescript, Playwright, or Cypress.
