• Perform end-to-end manual testing of core platform features, APIs, and integrations;
• Collaborate with the team to evolve and implement changes to the overall platform test strategy;
• Investigate and localize issues using devtools, logs, and databases;
• Manage defects in the bug-tracking system and oversee them through the entire lifecycle;
• Support the release process;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and improve product quality at early stages;
• Mentor junior and middle QA engineers and contribute to QA process improvements.

• 4+ Years of experience in software testing;
• Mandatory experience in backend testing and deep understanding of client-server architecture;
• Strong experience in API testing (REST, JSON) using tools like Postman or Swagger;
• Solid SQL knowledge including complex queries and joins;
• Experience in defining testing scope and maintaining test documentation;
• Experience in contributing to and evolving test strategies and process improvements;
• Advanced analytical troubleshooting skills and scientific approach to problem-solving;
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• English level: Intermediate+ / Upper-Intermediate;
• Nice to have: Experience in test automation (TypeScript), mobile testing (iOS/Android), CI/CD pipelines, and Allure TestOps.
