SCI ServiClients provides IT services and consulting. The project supports a cloud-based learning platform used globally for professional, student, partner and enterprise learning, with a focus on hands-on practice environments, automated verification and certification reliability.

• Design, build and own automated test coverage for three backend services: orchestration, provisioning and automated verification;
• Design and maintain automated tests for backend services and APIs;
• Integrate with the existing TypeScript, WebdriverIO and Serenity automation repository;
• Build REST API, contract and schema validation tests;
• Work with OpenAPI, OAuth2 and OIDC in real service interactions;
• Validate service behaviour across microservices boundaries, asynchronous workflows and failure scenarios;
• Read and understand Node.js backend code to create relevant tests;
• Integrate automation into GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines;
• Run tests in containerized environments such as Docker, Podman or Selenium Grid;
• Improve the reliability of learner provisioning, entitlement and certification workflows.

• Solid experience building production-grade test automation with TypeScript and Node.js;
• Experience testing backend system behaviour, failures and recovery;
• Strong experience with E2E automation frameworks such as WebdriverIO, Cypress, Playwright or Selenium;
• Experience with REST APIs, service contracts, schema validation, authentication flows and microservice interactions;
• Ability to work closely with backend teams, read service code and understand API interactions.

• Initial project duration of at least 12 months, with likely extension;
• Barcelona setup with 2 days per week onsite preferred;
