• Design, develop, maintain, and evolve test automation frameworks, libraries, and reusable testing solutions;
• Build automation capabilities for backend/API, frontend, end-to-end, integration, and regression testing;
• Create scalable and maintainable automation solutions using technologies such as Playwright, TypeScript, Cypress, or Selenium;
• Develop reusable components and tools to improve testing efficiency for QA and development teams;
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows;
• Collaborate with QA engineers to translate testing challenges into technical solutions;
• Apply software engineering best practices including clean code, documentation, and maintainability;
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to improve automation development, test generation, debugging, and productivity;
• Contribute to the evolution of modern, scalable, and AI-augmented quality engineering practices.

• Strong experience in test automation, software development, or engineering roles focused on quality tooling;
• Strong programming skills in at least one language such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, or Python;
• Experience designing, building, or maintaining automated test frameworks;
• Solid understanding of backend/API, frontend, integration, and regression testing approaches;
• Experience with automation frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium;
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience integrating tests into development pipelines;
• Experience working with GitHub and CI/CD workflows;
• AI literacy and familiarity with AI-assisted tools or agents;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments;
• Professional level of English (written and spoken);
• Nice to have: Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript, experience building internal frameworks, testing libraries, SDKs, CLI tools, or developer tooling, experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, or REST Assured, experience with Docker or containerized testing environments, experience working with cloud-based products and environments.
