• Understand systems and project goals;
• Guide developers on appropriate testing levels for their development work;
• Scope out and execute integration tests;
• Contribute to the release testing regression pack;
• Define Quality Metrics and implement measurements to determine test effectiveness;
• Target the level of testing needed for projects at different development stages;
• Work across teams to unblock engineers and provide confidence in their work;
• Improve existing ways of working.

• 4+ Years of professional experience in QA Java Automation of Web and backend/API testing;
• Experience writing and maintaining code, whether automation or as a developer;
• Excellent knowledge of testing methods, techniques, types, and methodologies;
• Experience in the creation or active maintenance of test documentation;
• Experience coaching developers and working with other QEs;
• Experience in the creation of automation frameworks from scratch;
• Understanding of automation tools;
• Experience with BDD, ATDD, or TDD approaches;
• Experience with implementation of continuous integration processes and tools, CI/CD pipelines;
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum/Kanban development environment;
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher;
• Ability to work comfortably with unknowns;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architecture, mobile automation, web automation, risk management, CI/CD, compliance testing, product data analytics.
