• Configure and orchestrate AI coding agents;
• Design AI-assisted workflows for automation development;

• Create reusable workflows, prompts, examples, and guides.

• Strong background in QA automation or SDET;
• Proficiency in Java (preferred) or C#;
• Practical experience with Appium;
• Experience with API automation, CI/CD, and automation frameworks;
• Hands-on experience with Jira and TestRail API;
• Practical experience with AI coding tools or AI-assisted workflows;
• Ability to decompose tasks for AI-assisted execution;
• Ability to validate and improve AI-generated code or tests;
• Understanding of frontend/backend automation and coverage;
• Strong communication and knowledge-sharing skills;
• English B2;
• Nice to have: Configuring Grafana dashboards, experience configuring or orchestrating AI agents, MCP, tool calling, LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, Spring AI, LangChain4j, GitHub Spec Kit, experience with both Java and C#, AltUnity Tester, emulators, device farms, labs, guidelines, workshops, onboarding experience, Unity development, gaming or live-service experience, rapid prototyping, R&D, QA tooling, framework migration.
