Andersen provides software development services for a UK-based financial services provider specializing in digital banking solutions. The client operates on a cloud-based platform offering savings accounts, loans, and mortgages, focusing on modernizing the banking experience through customer-centric design and innovative technologies.

• Lead other testers in specific testing activities;
• Create and maintain automation for Mortgages E2E;
• Document test results for traceability;
• Execute tests and keep status up to date;
• Document defects to aid reporting;
• Configure test environments to execute tests;
• Escalate risks and blockers to the test manager;
• Ensure tests are included in standard and closure reports;
• Implement and execute tests in the automation framework using Python and Behave;
• Attend daily standups and other squad meetings.

• Experience as AQA (Python) for 3+ years;
• Experience with Banking/FinTech domain;
• Degree or advanced degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience;
• Experience with various aspects of systems testing API;
• Comprehensive knowledge of software testing process, methodology, and good practices;
• Good understanding of testing methodologies and their application within an agile delivery framework;
• Experience with Python and Behave;
• Experience with AWS services;
• Experience with Playwright;
• Experience with automated test tools;
• Ability to coordinate resources from across the business to address issues;
• English level Intermediate+;
• Nice to have: ISTQB certification, experience in Retail Banking.
