Kleos is a global platform for team management that handles hiring, contracts, compliance, and payments across 242 countries. The company operates as a distributed team of over 35 people building solutions for other distributed organizations.

• Design and build automated test suites across the stack including API, E2E, and integration;
• Expand Playwright coverage for the Vue 3 frontend, focusing on auth flows, payout cycles, contractor onboarding, withdraw requests, and document generation;
• Write API tests covering JWT auth, multi-currency transactions, and financial state flows;
• Perform component-level tests using Vitest and Vue Test Utils;
• Conduct manual exploratory testing on complex financial flows, edge cases, and regression before major releases;
• Manage CI/CD test integration and maintain pipeline performance;
• Collaborate with engineers to define testable requirements before code implementation;
• Identify quality risks before deployment to over 600 paying teams.

• 4+ Years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years focused on automation;
• Strong Playwright experience (JS/TS);
• Solid API testing skills including REST, JWT flows, and stateful financial scenarios;
• Experience working on financial, transactional, or compliance-heavy products;
• Proficiency with Docker and CI/CD pipelines;
• Proactive approach to resolving flaky tests;
• Nice to have: PHP or Go service testing experience, Vue component testing (Vitest, Vue Test Utils), experience with Kubernetes environments, knowledge of KYC/KYB flows or payments platforms.
