задачи
- Launch, manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and AppLovin;
- Work closely with the Creative Team to develop and iterate on creative strategy and advertising concepts;
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager to improve acquisition funnels and maximize performance;
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and growth areas;
- Build industry connections, exchange best practices, and explore new approaches in user acquisition;
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and generate actionable insights for optimization.
требования
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing and advertising platforms, specifically Meta Ads Manager;
- Experience managing and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns;
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills;
- Nice to have: experience with AppLovin, experience writing creative briefs or TORs, experience with automated rules and campaign automation, experience using AI tools and automation workflows.
