• Manage paid user acquisition end-to-end across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms;
• Execute the creative testing loop by testing assets from the internal production team at the ad level;
• Optimize the funnel from ad to install to subscription, focusing on CAC, ROAS, and payback;
• Scale ad spend profitably by identifying winning combinations of audience, creative, and placement;
• Manage measurement and attribution, including MMP setup, SKAN, and deferred deep linking;
• Collaborate with product teams and the CEO to drive landing page and onboarding improvements;
• Report performance metrics including spend, CAC, ROAS, and payback broken out by channel and creative.

• 4+ Years of experience running paid acquisition for a B2C consumer app with ownership of spend and outcomes;
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign structure, creative testing, and audience strategy;
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads and Google App campaigns;
• Proven experience with mobile app install funnels and subscription conversion;
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CAC, LTV, ROAS, and payback metrics;
• Experience with MMPs like AppsFlyer or Adjust and iOS measurement post-ATT;
• Ability to ship fast, test constantly, and utilize AI tools for research and analysis;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: Experience scaling paid UA for consumer subscription products with complex value propositions, background in emotionally engaging or AI-native apps, experience managing six- or seven-figure monthly budgets, depth in Apple Search Ads or Google UAC, experience building measurement stacks including event mapping and SKAN configuration.
