• Launch and optimize Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns;
• Report and analyze advertising campaigns;
• Perform project and audience analytics using AppsFlyer, internal BI, and other tools;
• Scale channels while maintaining target LTV/CPA levels and improving key metrics;
• Test new creative concepts, targetings, and ad types.

• 2+ Years of successful performance user acquisition experience for mobile apps;
• Proficiency in Facebook (Meta) and TikTok Ads;
• Understanding of advertising platform mechanics, unit economics, and sales funnel metrics;
• Knowledge of install tracking, MMPs (AppsFlyer), and SKAdNetwork;
• Fluent Russian;
• English B1+;
• Nice to have: Twitter, Google Ads, Pinterest, Snapchat, Apple Search Ads, DSPs.
