This leader ensures that our Trade Marketing Strategy is realized across both On-Trade and Off-Trade environments, maximizing brand equity and market share through expert team leadership and data-driven category insights.
Meaningful Work From Day One
You will lead the Trade Marketing department for the Czech and Slovak markets, overseeing the end-to-end commercial activation strategy. Your role is to harmonize brand ambitions with channel realities, ensuring that the team delivers compelling point-of-purchase (POP) activities that convert shoppers into buyers and consumers into brand advocates. You will be a key voice in the Senior Leadership discussions, providing channel expertise to shape long-term growth.
The working style for this role is 4 days a week from the office with Fridays at home.
