Looking for a flexible job alongside your studies? Our marketing team in Belgium could use an extra pair of hands. From packing product send-outs to supporting events and sampling activations, this is a hands-on role where you will help make things happen behind the scenes and occasionally out in the field.

In this role, you will support our marketing team in Belgium with a variety of practical tasks, depending on what is needed. Your main focus will be preparing and packing product send-outs, but you may also support events, activations and other marketing activities.

The role is primarily based at our office in Mechelen, with occasional work at other locations for events and activations. Working hours are flexible and based on the team's needs, mainly during regular office hours.

• Preparing and packing product send-outs, including occasional package drop-offs.
• Helping with event preparations, set-up and other practical tasks.
• Supporting product sampling and brand activations.
• Assisting the marketing team with other hands-on tasks when needed.

You are reliable, hands-on and happy to roll up your sleeves. You enjoy practical work, take initiative and are comfortable jumping between different tasks. Whether you are packing boxes at the office or helping out at an event, you bring the same positive attitude.

• Currently studying and looking for a flexible job alongside your studies.
• Reliable, organised and comfortable working independently.
• Comfortable communicating in at least one of the following languages: English, Dutch or French.
• Flexible and willing to support different types of tasks and activities.

Previous experience is not required, but experience in hospitality, events or other customer-facing roles is a plus.
