marketing manager in financial services

XM is a financial services company operating an international marketing function in Uzbekistan.

• Define and create country-specific marketing strategies;
• Develop and implement demand and lead-generation marketing and rollout plans for the Uzbek market;
• Launch marketing campaigns, evaluate their success, and deliver results based on KPIs;
• Assist Marketing and Business Development with market research during country penetration, considering local ethics, culture, and customs;
• Support marketing events and exhibitions as required;
• Assist with ongoing marketing activities and support the marketing team and other regional teams as necessary;
• Manage the regional marketing team and handle delegated projects;
• Stay up to date with current trends and best practices;
• Perform other related tasks assigned by the Business Development Manager.

• Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a business-related field;
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role;
• Native Uzbek and Russian speaker;
• Very good knowledge of English;
• Solid experience managing teams;
• Excellent knowledge of marketing analytics and metrics features;
• Strong digital marketing skills;
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask;
• Dynamic and target-oriented;
• Nice to have: strong project management skills.
