Assistant finance manager

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to join one of our affiliated Companies in Nicosia. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team within a fast-paced corporate environment. • Review trial balances and ledgers monthly, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies
• Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate management reporting
• Maintain accurate financial records in line with accounting standards
• Develop and enhance financial policies to improve efficiency and regulatory adherence
• Strengthen internal financial controls and recommend process improvements
• Ensure VAT and tax compliance, handling filings and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and legal consultants for audits and statutory filings
• Support budgeting and cost control, collaborating with departments
• Manage vendor contracts, payments, and reconciliations
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making
• Drive process improvements and automation for efficiency

• BSc/MSc in Accounting, Finance or any other relevant degree
• Professional Qualification Degree (ACA, ACCA) with at least 3-4 years of post-qualification experience
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Products
