Social Media Specialist (Parental Cover 11 months) to H&M HOME

We are now searching for a passionate Social Media Specialist to join the Global Marketing & Communications team at H&M HOME for parental cover.

As our Social Media Specialist, you will be a part of the Marketing & Communications team at H&M HOME and work closely with our Social Media Manager and our Creative team to manage our social media communities, with the purpose to engage and build H&M HOME’s relationship to our audience, strengthen our brand and to grow our channels.

• Create global publishing plans for HOME’s organic social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok)
• Coordinate copy and content for all organic social media channels and craft engaging content from existing assets together with other creative roles
• Crop images and apply graphics to adapt content to each social media channel
• Schedule and publish social media posts
• Be the point of contact for markets running local SoMe accounts, as well as Customer Service
• Gather performance data, analyze and share learnings
• Monitor conversations on a daily basis, and actively engage with customers and influencers in social media
• Monitor and moderate UGC to build and strengthen our community
• Follow social media content trends and share insights with the team to enable more relevant content creation

• Well documented experience (+2 years) of working with social media and management of content, at an agency or in-house team
• A proven capacity to manage engaging content for key social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok
• A visual eye for social native content creation and a deep understanding of the SoMe landscape, attitudes, and behaviors
• Ability and experience in working with CMS, social media analytics tools and graphic / animation software
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to share concrete learnings and actions based on statistics
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

This is a maternity cover position (11 months) starting as soon as possible, based at H&M HOME’s Head Office in Stockholm, Sweden. You will report to Lisbeth Grapengiesser, Head of H&M HOME Marketing & Communications department. Interviews will be held on an ongoing basis. Please note that this role requires working from the Stockholm office four days per week.
