• Develop and execute social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition across multiple markets;
• Plan and deliver engaging organic content that supports product launches, campaigns, promotions, and major sporting events;
• Partner with CRM, Acquisition, Product, and Design teams to deliver integrated, high-impact marketing campaigns;
• Build and engage online communities while protecting brand reputation and promoting responsible gaming messaging;
• Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform innovations to identify new opportunities for audience growth;
• Track campaign performance using analytics and continuously optimise content based on data and customer insights;
• Work closely with regional stakeholders to ensure content is locally relevant while maintaining global brand consistency.

• At least 3 years of social media marketing experience within iGaming, sports betting, gaming, fintech, or another fast-paced digital industry;
• Proven success managing social media channels for multiple brands, products, or international markets;
• Strong understanding of major social platforms, content strategy, community management, and audience engagement;
• Experience creating performance-driven content supported by social media analytics and reporting;
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills with strong attention to detail;
• Fluency in English;
• Nice to have: Experience promoting sportsbook, casino, or online gaming products, experience using AI-powered content creation, scheduling, or social listening tools, familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or basic video editing software, proficiency in Greek, French, Portuguese, or additional African languages.
