• Manage and grow social media channels including Instagram, Telegram, and LinkedIn;
• Create engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, short videos, case studies, and polls in English and Russian;
• Build and nurture an active user community by responding to comments and driving conversations;
• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with product launches and feature updates;
• Produce basic visuals and short-form video content using design and editing tools;
• Drive cross-promotional and PR initiatives through collaborations with influencers and partners;
• Monitor social metrics and translate data into actionable improvements;
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content production and craft high-performing creatives;
• Stay ahead of social media trends and digital finance conversations;
• Brief the designer and ensure brand consistency across all formats;
• Align content strategy and support marketing initiatives with the Brand Manager.

• 2+ Years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing within fintech, affiliate marketing, or iGaming;
• Strong content instincts and ability to write for real people;
• Fluent in English and Russian (written and spoken);
• Experience working with influencers, brand ambassadors, or external partners;
• Ability to brief designers and work within brand guidelines;
• Confident user of AI tools for content creation and production;
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track performance and adjust strategies;
• Self-organized and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities;
• Nice to have: Basic proficiency in design and editing tools such as Canva, Figma, or CapCut.
