Social Media Manager

We're looking for an experienced, digitally obsessed Social Media Manager to take ownership of BrandonB and StudioB's social channels. If you understand what makes content perform, love getting stuck into analytics and know how to turn audiences into engaged communities, we'd love to hear from you.

StudioB is a fast-growing creative studio with a global audience of over 25 million followers and more than 15 billion views.

We create high-impact digital content for some of the world's biggest brands, blending social-first storytelling, world-class creative, production craft and VFX to make work that performs across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and beyond.

We're looking for an experienced, highly independent Social Media Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day management, performance and growth of BrandonB and StudioB's social channels.

This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely understands social media, knows how platforms work and can confidently manage channels with audiences in the millions.

You'll be responsible for everything from content planning, scheduling and publishing to community management, performance analysis and identifying opportunities for growth.

But this isn't just about posting content.

We want someone who understands why content works, can spot opportunities before everyone else does and knows how to turn insights into actions that improve performance.

You'll work closely with our creative, production and editing teams to ensure the content we're creating is packaged, published and optimised to perform at its best.

We're looking for someone who can take real ownership, make decisions independently and bring fresh thinking to the table without needing constant direction.
