SMM Specialist

RedCore Group is a fast-growing business group operating across multiple professional domains including development, marketing, and operations.

• Develop and own the SMM strategy, including KPIs, OKRs, and roadmap;
• Build and optimize social media customer journeys and conversion funnels;
• Launch and scale new social platforms, formats, and audience growth initiatives;
• Generate, prioritize, and validate growth hypotheses using structured frameworks;
• Establish analytics, attribution, UGC, and community management systems;
• Define and evolve the brand’s tone of voice, content standards, and editorial guidelines;
• Manage audience research, brand reputation, and crisis communication activities;
• Present performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership.

• 3+ Years of SMM experience, preferably in iGaming, betting, or other digital-first industries;
• Proven experience developing and executing SMM strategies aligned with business goals;
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, community management, and audience growth;
• Experience with analytics, attribution, customer journeys, and growth experimentation;
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and stakeholder communication;
• Nice to have: Experience in iGaming or betting industries.
