Service manager in agricultural machinery

• Maintain and deepen cooperative relationships with existing dealers and channel partners
• Promote secondary network development and standardised brand image implementation
• Identify channel weaknesses and formulate/execute improvement strategies
• Continuously track Kazakh agricultural machinery policies, industry trends, product developments, and competitor movements
• Monitor competitors’ tactical actions and develop localised competitive strategies
• Support headquarters and dealers in brand promotion, new media operations (Telegram/YouTube/Instagram, etc.), offline exhibitions and demo events
• Plan and execute localised marketing activities to enhance LOVOL’s brand presence
• Support key projects including joint ventures, local assembly, and service network development
• Assist headquarters in establishing efficient communication mechanisms with local governments, industry associations, and key accounts

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the agricultural machinery sector in the Kazakh market (sales, marketing, channel, after‑sales, or related fields)
• Deep understanding of Kazakhstan’s agricultural machinery market landscape, customer needs, regulatory environment, and competitive ecosystem
• Language proficiency: both Russian and English can be used as working languages
• Comprehensive qualities: logical thinking, strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to travel independently, down‑to‑earth work ethic, and adaptability to flexible working arrangements
