Affiliate & influencer partnership manager in insurance

• Identify, pitch, and recruit top-performing affiliate marketers, media buyers (Meta, TikTok, Native, Paid Search), comparison sites, email marketers, and newsletter operators.
• Source and onboard personal finance, automotive, homeownership, and lifestyle influencers across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and podcast networks who can drive high-intent US consumer traffic.
• Negotiate competitive, margin-positive payout models including CPA, CPL, CPC, RevShare, and hybrid/flat-fee creator sponsorships.
• Maintain a disciplined outbound recruitment pipeline, consistently hitting weekly and monthly outreach and activation targets.
• Guide new partners from contract sign-off to live traffic. Set up tracking links, pixels/postbacks, sub-IDs, and custom landing page flows.
• Work closely with influencers and media buyers to supply high-converting ad creatives, compliant scripts, hooks, and landing page recommendations tailored to the US insurance market.
• Monitor daily traffic quality, conversion rates (CVR), Earnings Per Click (EPC), and lead backing-out metrics with insurance buyers to ensure campaigns remain profitable for both the partner and InsuranceRevenue.com.
• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for your book of business, turning test budgets into uncapped daily volume through proactive communication on Slack, Telegram, Teams, and email.
• Monitor incoming traffic and leads for anomalies, bot activity, or non-compliant promotional methods.
• Ensure all affiliate ads and influencer content strictly follow US insurance marketing regulations, TCPA guidelines, FTC disclosure rules, and carrier-specific brand safety standards.

• 2–5+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager, Partnership Manager, or Talent/Influencer Acquisition Manager in a performance-driven environment.
• A "hunter" mentality with demonstrable success cold-outreaching, negotiating, and closing partnerships from scratch.
• Deep comfort with performance marketing metrics (CPA, CPL, EPC, LTV, ROAS, CR%) and attribution mechanics (server-to-server postbacks, pixels, UTM parameters).
• Sharp written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes partner conversations simultaneously.

• Because our core affiliates, influencers, and insurance buyers operate in the US market, this role strictly requires working US East Coast hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST/EDT, Monday through Friday). Regardless of your physical location, you must be fully online, responsive, and available for live calls and real-time campaign optimization during these hours.
