Performance marketing manager for e-commerce

Scento is Europe's largest website for perfume samples. Founded in 2024, the company is headquartered in Paris at Place Vendome and has a second office in Berlin. Scento offers more than 1,000 original designer and niche fragrances from a portfolio of 200 perfume houses as samples: 2 ml, 5 ml and 8 ml bottles, and a 30 ml bottle for most fragrances. Samples let customers discover a fragrance before choosing a full bottle.

• You lead and scale Scento's Meta and Google accounts (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Advantage+) across European markets.
• You are responsible for budgets, bids, account structure and tests against CAC and payback targets.
• You brief and test creative together with the Brand team, read creative data, and quickly stop or scale.
• You keep tracking healthy with analytics and data: Conversions API, Enhanced Conversions and GA4.
• You open new markets and channels such as TikTok and Microsoft Ads when the numbers support it.

• More than 6 years of hands-on experience in paid acquisition for e-commerce, with large monthly budgets.
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, as well as strong Excel and analytics skills.
• Experience in several European countries.
• Fluent English.
