Head of CRM & lifecycle in e-commerce

Scento is Europe's largest website for perfume decants. Founded in 2024, the company is headquartered in Paris at Place Vendome and has a second office in Berlin. Scento offers more than 1,000 original designer and niche fragrances from a portfolio of 200 perfume houses as decants: 2 ml, 5 ml and 8 ml bottles and, for most fragrances, a 30 ml bottle. Samples of niche and designer fragrances let you discover a scent before deciding on a full bottle.

• You are responsible for email, SMS and messaging programs in many languages: welcome journeys, cart abandonment, browse reminders, win-back and launches.
• You increase repeat purchases and Customer Lifetime Value with segmentation and personalization.
• You plan the CRM calendar around launches, gifts and the perfume advent calendar.
• You work with Data and Engineering on events, audiences and deliverability.
• You test relentlessly and demonstrate incremental revenue.

• More than 8 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, including at least 3 years in a leadership role at an e-commerce or D2C brand.
• Strong skills in segmentation, experimentation and deliverability.
• Experience with multilingual programs in Europe.
• Fluent English.
