• Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings;
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and align content with search intent and relevance;
• Analyze and improve technical website aspects, including site structure, crawlability, indexability, and page speed;
• Collaborate closely with web developers and UX/UI designers to implement technical SEO improvements and maintain website best practices;
• Work with the content team to optimize and implement content for search engines while preserving brand tone and user experience;
• Use SEO tools to monitor performance, track keyword rankings, analyze backlinks, and identify improvement opportunities;
• Prepare regular reports on organic search performance and advise on optimization strategies.

• Completed MSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, or a comparable field;
• Up to 2 years of experience as an SEO Specialist within a customer-facing brand and international environment;
• In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, including site structure, crawl management, structured data, and mobile-first indexing;
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog;
• Ability to independently implement technical website changes using CMS systems;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate them into effective SEO strategies;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, including developers, designers, and content creators;
• Independent, accurate, and driven to continuously improve website performance and user experience;
• Fluent in Dutch and English;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of French or German.
