• Own and execute the SEO strategy, including technical, on-page, off-page, and AI-search optimization;
• Drive organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, and search-generated pipeline contribution;
• Build and optimize content structures designed to appear in AI-generated answers;
• Conduct keyword and topic research focused on accounting, e-commerce, and fintech audiences;
• Perform regular site audits and fix technical issues affecting search performance;
• Collaborate with the Content team to produce and optimize high-ranking, AI-retrievable content;
• Manage and report on organic performance using tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush;
• Monitor changes in search behavior, Google algorithm updates, and AI search developments;
• Partner with Product and Engineering on technical SEO improvements.

• 4+ Years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment;
• Proven track record of growing organic traffic and rankings in a competitive niche;
• Working knowledge of LLM/AI search optimization (GEO/AEO);
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog;
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, including site architecture, structured data, crawlability, and page speed;
• Experience developing content strategies;
• Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on performance metrics;
• Strong written English skills;
• Familiarity with HTML, structured data formats, or Markdown;
• Nice to have: Proficiency with Webflow and Hubspot, experience in fintech, accounting, or e-commerce, experience with YMYL content.
