• Own Facebook UA for web + app funnels across the core dating portfolio, with a primary focus on USA + Tier-1;
• Plan, launch, optimise, and scale campaigns;
• Build and maintain account/BM structures and operational hygiene;
• Run a structured creative testing loop;
• Drive automation improvements and document best practices to scale the channel reliably.

• Senior hands-on Facebook UA background with proven experience in the USA + Tier-1;
• Budget ownership at $100k+/month level with clear performance thinking;
• Strong grasp of Facebook best practices and readiness for a role that is execution and channel leadership;
• Experience or solid exposure to automation and a practical understanding of AI/creative iteration workflows;
• CIS-only experience is not a fit.
