It develops a subscription-based mobile and web application for outdoor enthusiasts, primarily serving English-speaking markets including the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. The team consists of approximately 30 people working in a distributed international environment, currently transitioning to a unified platform architecture with a shared database and consistent cross-platform experience. Key focus areas include organic growth, LTV improvement, community and UGC development, AI-driven personalization, and the expansion of mapping and geolocation capabilities.

• Launch ad campaigns on Google, Meta, and TikTok for mobile and web products;
• Analyze campaigns to identify new hypotheses for scaling acquisition while hitting target ROAS;
• Run tests within ad channels and campaigns in collaboration with the product team;
• Collaborate with the design team on creative strategy;
• Launch the product into new markets and channels and build out local economics.

• 2+ Years of traffic acquisition experience;
• 1+ Year of experience with web products for the US market or with mobile apps using web2app / web2web models;
• Experience managing monthly budgets exceeding $50,000 for a single product;
• Ability to distinguish performance creatives from brand creatives;
• Strong sense of responsibility and proactivity;
• Nice to have: Experience in growing and developing within a strong team.
