• Own and scale Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end;
• Manage and grow monthly budgets of $500K+ with a plan to scale spend 2x–3x while maintaining efficiency;
• Run secondary channels including TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and AppLovin;
• Design and execute testing frameworks across creatives, funnels, and campaign structures;
• Use AI and automation tools like Claude, Cursor, and Gemini to improve UA operations, build workflows, automate reporting, and optimize campaigns;
• Drive creative and funnel experiments in collaboration with product and creative teams;
• Identify scalable growth levers and deliver performance scale with a focus on ROAS and LTV;
• Maintain campaign logic and process documentation.

• 5+ Years of experience in User Acquisition or Performance Marketing;
• Expert-level, hands-on experience with Meta Ads, including campaign optimization and scaling at high budget levels;
• Proven track record of managing $500K+ in monthly paid spend and scaling spend 2x–3x while holding efficiency;
• Hands-on experience with TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and AppLovin;
• Advanced, daily proficiency in using AI tools like Claude, Cursor, and Gemini for building automated workflows, analysis pipelines, and content generation;
• Strong analytical and experimentation mindset with data-driven decision-making skills;
• Experience with web subscription-based or B2C digital products;
• High autonomy and ability to operate independently;
• English B2+;
• Nice to have: Experience with combined web and mobile acquisition, building automation rules and scripts, experience launching and scaling new products from zero.
