• Manage, scale, and optimize ad campaigns across Google Search, Demand Gen, and Display;
• Drive performance across key KPIs including ROAS, CPA, Spend, and CTR;
• Own six-figure monthly ad budgets and make data-driven budget allocation decisions;
• Develop and test hypotheses to improve user acquisition across the funnel;
• Collaborate with product marketing and creative teams to shape compelling creatives and landing experiences;
• Research competitors’ acquisition strategies, creatives, and channels;
• Participate in creative brainstorming to push performance forward.

• 2+ Years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition on Google;
• Experience managing $500K+ monthly budgets;
• Deep knowledge of key performance metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC, Churn, and Retention;
• Strong experience with web funnel acquisition strategies;
• Familiarity with analytics platforms like Amplitude and Tableau;
• Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving skills;
• Ability to generate and validate creative hypotheses;
• English B1;
• Nice to have: Experience with platforms like Meta, Snap, TikTok, hands-on experience with Google UAC for app install campaigns.
