• Drive UA end to end by planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling web and app campaigns;
• Manage budgets against CPA, ROAS, and LTV metrics;
• Build and maintain account and BM structures, tracking, domains, whitelists, and payment flows;
• Run a creative loop involving hypothesis testing, iterations, and scaling;
• Automate and document processes, including rules, scripts, and integrations.

• Senior, hands-on background in Facebook (Meta) or TikTok UA (web/B2C);
• Proven results in the USA and Tier-1 markets;
• Experience managing budgets of $100k+/month;
• Understanding of automation and practical AI/creative iteration workflows;
• Fluent in Russian and English;
• Candidates with only CIS experience are not a match.
