Xsolla is a global commerce company providing tools and services that help video game developers fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. It operates as the merchant of record and supports game developers in reaching more players and growing their businesses worldwide.

• Conduct market research, partner surveys, customer interviews, and competitor research to inform product positioning and influence product strategy;
• Work with business heads, SMEs, and product teams to identify product-market fit and build audience-focused messaging;
• Develop and execute B2B go-to-market strategies aligned with product goals and business objectives;
• Create marketing briefs for integrated marketing teams, production teams, and external agencies;
• Develop content assets including pitch decks, emails, ebooks, blogs, one-pagers, booklets, videos, and landing pages;
• Launch paid and organic marketing campaigns across multiple channels, measure effectiveness, and optimize performance using data;
• Develop training materials, educational content, and product demos to support business development and account management teams.

• Excellent written and presentation skills in English at B2 level or above;
• 3+ Years of product marketing experience in the fintech industry, in B2B or B2C;
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Product Management, Communications, PR, Business Analytics, or a related field;
• Proven success in B2B marketing campaigns in fintech or gaming with clear effectiveness metrics;
• Strong project management skills, including managing multiple projects and prioritizing deadlines;
• Proficiency with G-suite, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, and other project management tools;
• Nice to have: experience in the video game industry, experience with digital marketing including SEO, SEM, social media, and email.
