• Conduct market and user research to identify growth opportunities;
• Generate and prioritize product growth hypotheses;
• Design, run, and analyze growth experiments to validate hypotheses.

• 2+ Years of experience in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of delivering results;
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and drive solutions;
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with product metrics, data-driven hypotheses, and spreadsheets;
• Ability to quickly adopt AI and automation tools to accelerate the design, development, and launch of new user journeys;
• English B2+;
• Nice to have: Entrepreneurial experience, degree from a top university, interest in psychology.
