The Local Product & Project Specialist drives business growth by adapting Somfy solutions to local customer and market needs. The role supports product launches, develops local marketing initiatives and coordinates customer-focused projects from concept to implementation. Acting as a link between Sales, Regional Marketing and Business Lines, the Specialist ensures effective collaboration and successful project delivery

• Co-build marketing plans for products & services for top key accounts together with the Trade Marketing Leader
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date price lists, product catalogues and related documentation.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers to understand evolving customer needs, identify portfolio gaps and provide market insights to Regional team
• Lead project management: define clear milestones, run project follow-up and track KPI's
• Coordinate comprehensive support for key accounts: product introduction & training, pricing, reference creation and data management.
• Act as the local specialist for new product introductions, coordinating local processes and ensuring effective market launches.
• Monitor, analyze and share with the organization insights on the competitive environment, store environment and consumer behaviors, to inform strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with business lines, regional marketing teams and local sales & marketing colleagues to ensure alignment of strategies and consistent execution

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in product marketing or product management
• Proven experience in coordinating product launches and managing local market processes
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to define, track and deliver milestones and KPIs
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret market trends, competitive landscape
• Transversal management skills, with the ability to coordinate and align cross-functional teams
• Strategic thinking, balancing short-term execution with long-term brand positioning
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Positive thinking, open-minded and solution-oriented approach
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Fluent English and Polish, written and oral (mandatory)
