Tabby is building a financial system through an app for sending, spending, and saving money. The company serves customers and businesses across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Kuwait, with millions of customers and 65,000 global brands, government services, and small businesses relying on its products.

• Own go-to-market for global transfers, including positioning, messaging, launch sequencing, and corridor-by-corridor planning;
• Research senders through quantitative and qualitative methods and provide insights that influence product development;
• Work with lifecycle, performance, and product teams to turn existing customers into first-time and habitual senders;
• Build brand memory around the moments that trigger transfers;
• Deploy marketing budgets across channels and incentives and remain accountable for returns;
• Analyze the competitive landscape and apply insights to marketing decisions;
• Work with brand studio, performance, lifecycle, and product teams to deliver and launch campaigns;
• Measure incrementality, repeat behaviour, and the metrics that matter.

• 5+ Years in consumer product marketing or growth with ownership of outcomes;
• Experience launching a new product into an established category and finding an angle beyond price;
• Ability to explain complex topics such as FX, fees, settlement times, and limits clearly and accurately;
• Strong data skills, including market sizing, cohort analysis, holdout design, and result evaluation;
• Strong writing skills;
• Ability to work effectively with product and engineering teams and brief creative teams;
• Deep familiarity with the UAE and its communities;
• Nice to have: fintech experience, especially payments or regulated products.
