Own channel pricing and discounting structures across the Sleep portfolio;
Define channel architecture including assortment strategy, bundle logic, and exclusivity across routes to market;
Lead go-to-market strategies across launches, campaigns, and retail activations within the sleep pillar;
Establish scalable messaging and storytelling frameworks that strengthen the company's authority in the sleep category;
Lead sleep-focused retail storytelling and channel positioning across partners and commercial channels;
Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and portfolio performance to identify optimization and growth opportunities.
требования
8+ Years of experience in product marketing, portfolio strategy, category leadership, or go-to-market management within consumer products or retail-driven environments;
Deep understanding of pricing strategy, margin management, channel architecture, and retail execution;
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to synthesize data across sales, operations, marketing, and consumer insight;
Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across Product, Commercial, Retail, Operations, and Brand teams;
Ability to define messaging, positioning, and campaign frameworks that scale across channels and audiences;
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including leading without direct authority;
Ability to work independently, navigate change and ambiguity, and focus on impactful outcomes;
Negative filter: Candidates who wait for direction, mistake activity for impact, feel uneasy with ambiguity, or prefer alignment meetings over decisions will not be a match;
Nice to have: Experience in consumer products or retail-driven environments.
