Comarch is a global software house providing advanced IT solutions for the financial and insurance sectors. The company specializes in developing AI-first marketing strategies and enterprise-grade fintech products for leading financial institutions.
задачи
- Own the product marketing strategy for the Banking line in CEE markets;
- Build product positioning and AI-first messaging for advanced banking products;
- Design and execute ABM and demand generation programs for key banking clients in collaboration with the Growth/AI team;
- Drive Go-To-Market strategies and product launches in close cooperation with sales and product teams;
- Develop high-quality content to educate the market and support the sales process;
- Influence the sales pipeline for the Banking sector.
требования
- Proven experience in the banking sector (processes, business realities, and target audience);
- Minimum 5 years of B2B product marketing experience in technology, fintech, or banking;
- Expertise in ABM programs and demand generation;
- Ability to independently create advanced content (positioning, messaging, white papers, case studies, sales materials);
- Proficiency in using AI tools for daily tasks (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Semrush);
- Practical knowledge of ABM tools (6sense, Demandbase), Marketing Automation (HubSpot), CRM, and analytics (GA4, Power BI);
- English C1 (for working with CEE markets) and fluent Polish;
- Higher education in marketing, economics, or related fields;
- Nice to have: Experience in enterprise/B2B SaaS environments, knowledge of CEE markets and regional languages, familiarity with automation platforms (Make, Zapier), and data analysis skills.
