Product Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager. Someone who can turn complex technology into compelling stories, build our product marketing function from the ground up, and help shape how the market understands what we do.

This is a rare opportunity to define what product marketing looks like at a fast-growing AI startup.

You'll work directly with the Head of Marketing, Product, and Sales to own our positioning, messaging, product launches, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement.

You won't inherit a playbook. You'll help write it.

We're looking for a builder and a doer. Someone who can think strategically, write exceptionally well, and execute independently. And because we're a small, ambitious team, you'll also roll up your sleeves and contribute to broader marketing initiatives when needed.

Help Build Marketing Beyond PMM

• 3–5 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, with hands-on ownership of positioning, messaging, launches, and sales enablement. A must!
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills. You can take complex technology and make it simple, compelling, and memorable.
• Strong PMM fundamentals. You understand positioning, differentiation, go-to-market strategy, competitive intelligence, and customer insights.
• Experience working closely with Product and Sales, translating product capabilities into customer value and commercial impact.
• A builder's mindset. You're excited about creating processes, frameworks, and assets from scratch rather than maintaining existing ones.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Startup mentality. You're comfortable with ambiguity, changing priorities, and doing things outside your formal job description.

Be the first. You'll be Chamelio's first Product Marketing Manager, with the opportunity to shape the function, set the standards, and build the playbook.

Build a category, not just a product. We're challenging how an entire industry thinks about legal technology.

Real ownership, real impact. Your ideas won't get buried in layers of management. You'll have the freedom to build, experiment, and execute.

A company on the rise. We're a fast-growing, VC-backed AI startup with ambitious plans and a product that's changing how legal teams work.

Great people, zero corporate nonsense. We're ambitious, a little crazy, and serious about building something exceptional. We work hard, have fun, and enjoy the ride.
