Product Marketing Director

Product Marketing at Quinyx is the strategy center of marketing and drives many facets of our business performance: Quinyx value proposition, competitive and market intelligence, product positioning and product launches and GTM, sales collateral, customer stories, and thought leadership. This is a broad role with high impact, with multiple stakeholders at an executive level, reporting into the CMO.

The ideal candidate will combine commercial and strategic acumen with exceptional skill at creative communication, product & value positioning, and stakeholder management and alignment.

Together with your team, you will design, assess, and lead go-to-market strategies from A-Z and work closely with our product directors and their teams to give our new products and features the love and commercial success they deserve. You’ll play a crucial role in fine-tuning the vision, structure, and strategy to fuel our product growth and commercial success.

• Lead GTM Strategies: Design, assess, and lead global go-to-market strategies from A-Z for Quinyx products, defining target segments, positioning, packaging, and messaging as we refine and release new solutions.
• Positioning & Value Proposition: Build and validate value propositions, messaging, and proof points to drive internal and external positioning and market awareness.
• Customer & Market Intelligence: Deeply understand our customer audience of C-level executives and HR/Operations professionals. Dive into win/loss analysis to unlock growth opportunities and inform product direction.
• Product Launches & Enablement: Own end-to-end product launches, including GTM plans, sales enablement tools, and marketing activation in close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Content & Adoption Campaigns: Define and implement content strategies that drive awareness, acquisition, and product adoption, translating new features into compelling customer-facing communications.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Sales, and the wider Marketing team to plan, execute, and follow up on successful product marketing campaigns.
• Drive AI Adoption: Lead the adoption of AI across product marketing, evolving workflows to strengthen market intelligence, scale GTM execution, and focus team capacity on high-impact commercial work.
