• Manage and optimise mobile campaigns across Google UAC, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads;
• Analyse campaign performance data to improve ROAS and scale efficiently;
• Support attribution setup and troubleshooting using AppsFlyer or Adjust;
• Work with SKAN and ATT frameworks to ensure accurate tracking;
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams on measurement challenges;
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to reporting and performance insights;
• Run experiments, including A/B tests, bidding, and creative tests, to improve results;
• Identify trends and opportunities in mobile marketing and attribution.

• Have 1+ years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns or academic exposure;
• Hold a degree in mathematics, computer science, economics, engineering, or a related field;
• Have experience with mobile ad platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads;
• Analyse data and solve quantitative problems;
• Understand mobile attribution tools, including AppsFlyer, Adjust, SKAN, and ATT;
• Work with large datasets and extract actionable insights;
• Apply a KPI-driven mindset focused on measurable outcomes;
• Manage priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams;
• Be fluent in English;
• Nice to have: Experience with SQL or Python, a background in computer science or quantitative disciplines, familiarity with automating reports or bid strategies, an understanding of marketing in a regulated industry.
