• Build a growth machine to acquire users, accelerate time-to-value, and convert product usage into revenue;
• Optimize the growth funnel end-to-end, including acquisition, activation, conversion, and expansion;
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, and Sales to identify bottlenecks and build compounding systems;
• Run rapid growth experiments by identifying opportunities, launching tests, measuring outcomes, and scaling successful initiatives;
• Improve the self-serve funnel by optimizing sign-up, onboarding, activation, and upgrade flows;
• Drive key metrics such as new accounts, paid conversion, expansion, and self-serve revenue;
• Build AI-native growth systems to automate workflows, generate creative assets, and analyze performance;
• Use AI tools to prototype landing pages, campaigns, and internal tooling;
• Leverage LLMs and agents to generate, test, and refine messaging and growth ideas;
• Develop lightweight automations to eliminate manual toil in experimentation and reporting.

• Experience in product-led growth, growth marketing, product management, or business operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS company;
• Proven track record of owning business outcomes like activation, paid conversion, revenue, retention, or expansion;
• Strong understanding of growth loops, experimentation, onboarding, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization;
• Hands-on builder mentality with the ability to manage the full experiment lifecycle from idea to launch and iteration;
• Customer-first, product-minded approach with strong UX and messaging taste;
• Enthusiasm for using AI as a force multiplier in daily work.
