• Take ownership of customer acquisition performance within an assigned channel or product scope;
• Own end-to-end execution of user acquisition campaigns across paid media, paid partnerships, and other marketing channels;
• Manage budget, performance optimization, and measurement for campaigns;
• Develop and execute strategies for high-impact campaigns across paid social and VOD channels;
• Identify, propose, and test new strategies and tactics to improve channel performance;
• Drive demand generation initiatives to contribute to category presence and growth;
• Manage and coach a team of specialists, providing direction and accountability;
• Guide the team in running media campaigns across search, social, display, and premium publisher sites;
• Collaborate with the Sales organization to support pipeline generation and sales enablement;
• Lead projects testing new marketing and creative approaches;
• Collaborate with Web Content Managers, UX designers, and conversion copywriters to deliver high-performing assets.

• 4+ Years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment;
• Proven track record of driving user acquisition with an understanding of retention mechanics and customer LTV;
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a team while staying close to execution;
• Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making;
• Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and product teams;
• Hands-on expertise in at least one core channel: Paid Media, SEO, or Affiliate/Partnerships;
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot;
• Nice to have: Experience with additional marketing channels or platforms.
