• Manage day-to-day campaigns across Google Ads and paid social platforms;
• Execute Google Ads strategies including Search, PMax, Demand Gen, and YouTube;
• Execute paid social campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest;
• Oversee full-funnel awareness and channel connectivity;
• Ensure correct campaign tracking and measurement setup;
• Own the data layer across GA4 and platform dashboards;
• Turn data into actionable insights;
• Maintain operational continuity in the absence of the Head of Performance Marketing;
• Contribute to the test-and-learn agenda with hypotheses and clean reads;
• Propose optimizations, structural improvements, and audience approaches;
• Create creative briefs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience;
• 5+ Years of experience in performance marketing across paid channels;
• Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube);
• Experience in Meta campaign management;
• Proficiency in GTM, GA4, and attribution modeling;
• Ability to operate independently under pressure;
• German language (written and spoken);
• Nice to have: LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest competence, Adobe Analytics or equivalent tool experience, Subscription or lead-gen campaign background, MMM or incrementality testing awareness, Multi-language market experience (DE-CH, FR-CH).
