• Develop paid social strategies on Meta and TikTok from setup to scaling;
• Manage monthly budgets in the 5- to 6-figure range with a focus on ROI;
• Lead clients strategically and take responsibility for growth and results;
• Collaborate with the in-house creative team and provide briefings for ad formats;
• Develop content concepts based on target group psychology and funnel stages;
• Monitor campaign performance in real-time and optimize based on KPIs like ROAS, CPA, and CTR;
• Conduct A/B tests and derive data-driven conclusions to improve performance;
• Lead strategy calls, present results, and develop growth opportunities with clients;
• Contribute to internal marketing processes and generate ideas for campaigns, pitches, and brand strategies.

• 2-5 Years of professional experience in paid social marketing, ideally in an agency or with D2C brands;
• In-depth knowledge of media buying on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok;
• Creative sense for target groups, ads, and funnels;
• Strong analytical skills, KPI focus, and strategic thinking;
• Excellent communication skills, ownership mentality, and client-facing experience;
• Fluent in German (C2 or native level);
• Nice to have: Experience in agency environments, experience with D2C brands.
