• Develop growth and performance marketing strategies for clients in collaboration with the project team;
• Translate business goals into channel, campaign, and budget strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Native, and Programmatic;
• Manage budgets across channels and target groups to ensure efficiency;
• Analyze performance data to derive optimization measures and adjust strategies;
• Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to enhance analysis, research, campaign concepts, and reporting;
• Set up, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns;
• Establish reporting and controlling processes while monitoring KPIs, budgets, and timelines;
• Translate client goals into structured briefings for the performance team;
• Present strategies, measures, and results to clients and stakeholders;
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop data-driven creative concepts and test approaches.

• 3–5 Years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in agency, e-commerce, B2C, or B2B environments;
• Proficiency in multiple online marketing channels with expert-level depth in at least one;
• Experience with tracking, reporting, and KPI-based campaign management;
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and combine analytical thinking with pragmatic execution;
• Proactive project management skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team;
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and structured working style;
• Fluent in German and English;
• Nice to have: Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar applications.
