VALUEZON is an international management consultancy that supports clients ranging from startups to global players with strategic and operational aspects of selling on Amazon and other marketplaces.

• Design, implement, and optimize Amazon Ads campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP;
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market analysis to continuously improve campaigns;
• Perform regular performance reporting by evaluating KPIs and maintaining dashboards in Excel and Power BI;
• Manage internal and external tools for campaign automation and optimization;
• Collaborate with content, account management, and BI teams to develop holistic campaign strategies;
• Conduct client presentations and strategic reviews independently;
• Contribute to the development of internal processes, best practices, and tools.

• Degree or vocational training in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field;
• 1-2 Years of professional experience in performance marketing, ideally with Amazon Ads, Google Ads, or similar platforms;
• Strong analytical skills and excellent numerical understanding;
• Proficient in Excel;
• Hands-on mentality with a focus on delivering measurable results;
• Team player with clear communication, structured working style, and high sense of responsibility;
• Fluent in German and very good English;
• Nice to have: Experience with campaign management tools such as Perpetua, Helium 10, or Pacvue, knowledge of Power BI.
