• Monitor paid recruitment marketing campaigns and flag issues requiring attention
• Keep job listings live, accurate, and correctly categorized across active boards
• Support weekly performance reporting on impressions, clicks, applications, cost per application, candidate pipeline contribution, and budget pacing
• Coordinate creative feedback between the Talent Acquisition team, Employer Brand, and external agencies
• Research markets, audiences, and competitors to refine the marketing approach
• Improve recurring workflows and identify opportunities to make processes more efficient
• Support recurring operational tasks across the team

• Currently studying Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Some hands-on exposure to marketing, recruitment, creative content, or communications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and interpreting basic campaign metrics
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of recurring tasks
• Interested in digital marketing, data, and process improvement

• Working student position, 20 hours/week
