performance marketing manager for lead generation

Brainsome operates an internal monetization platform for managing marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.

• Launch, configure, and maintain marketing campaigns on the internal monetization platform;
• Set up campaign flows using Redirects, Coreg, API Reject, Surveys, Interstitials, and other traffic routing mechanics;
• Create and update simple landing pages and creatives using AI tools and internal templates;
• Monitor campaign performance and key monetization metrics, and identify anomalies and optimization opportunities;
• Implement campaign updates and optimizations based on performance and business requirements;
• Collaborate with Growth Managers, developers, and product teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and continuously improve operational processes.

• Russian language at C1/C2 level;
• At least 2 years of experience in Lead Generation;
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and identify meaningful changes;
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy;
• Ability to follow structured processes while understanding the logic behind them;
• Comfort working with performance metrics and making data-driven operational decisions;
• Ability to learn new technical systems and internal tools quickly;
• Basic English sufficient to read interfaces and documentation.
